Neighborhood Mediation Center (NMC) Service Fees
Services are offered at no charge to all parties for the first three hours of total project time spent by NMC. After three hours of services the case is considered complex, and the following fees apply. Free services do not apply to trainings.
Fees apply to services offered by NMC and apply to all time spent related to delivering services including intake conversations, phone calls, scheduling, administration, preparation, mediation, coaching, and facilitation.
Mediation, coaching, and facilitation are all included in this fee structure. Training Fees are per project and are to be determined by NMC. Please contact us for pricing.
Unless noted, fees are per hour per project.
At least one, and sometimes more than one NMC service provider (mediator/coach/facilitator) is included in the project per hour fee.
Additional pre-approved expenses are invoiced at cost. Travel time is invoiced at half the project fee per hour.
Fees are due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
If a meeting is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice to NMC, 1/2 of the allotted time will be added to the services provided.
