Mediation
•
Resolved 127 out of 140 (90.7%) mediations for ‘07/’08, resolved 877 out of 1064 (82.4%) since opening in 1999.
•
Worked on several cases involving multi-party groups
•
Worked on proposed mediation program with Washoe County Nuisance Ordinances (20 meetings) and facilitated one meeting.
•
Worked with 2 community organizations in resolving board issues.
•
Worked with TMCC department in helping to resolve conflict.
•
Worked with Reno Housing Authority unit.
Training Classes
•
Mock mediation for N. Nevada Human Resource Assoc. meeting, September, 2007
•
Participated in Nevada State Personnel Department mediation videoconference.
•
Trained Join Together Northern Nevada youth advisory board in conflict resolution skills

Presented talk on community leadership to Leadership Reno

Conducted 40 hour mediation training with 24 students at UNR Extended Studies
